Tamara Romero is a bilingual author who writes in Spanish and English. She is author of Her Fingers, a novella written in English and published by Eraserhead Press (2012). In Spanish she has published ¡Pérfidas! (Aristas Martínez, 2014), La momia y la niñera (Sociedad Júpiter, 2016), and the short story anthology Cuarto acercamiento al ovni (Sociedad Júpiter, 2016). She writes weird, bizarro and pulp, and her short fiction has been published on such platforms as Strange Horizons, Supersonic Magazine and Presencia Humana. She holds a degree in Media Studies from the Universitat Autónoma de Barcelona, and has worked in television sports journalism, travel journalism, editing and as head of press for a publishing house. She lives in Barcelona, and her personal page is www.tamararomero.com.

The collection includes the short story The airport at the end of the world, awarded the Ignotus Prize (Spanish Hugo) for best short story.
